These terms govern use of the Redova AI website and any services provided under a separate customer agreement.
Use of the site
Content on this site is provided for general information. Product capabilities described here are confirmed in writing as part of a customer agreement.
Service terms
Service scope, availability commitments, pricing, and data handling are defined in the agreement signed with each business customer.
Acceptable use
Redova AI may not be used for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive communication, or in a way that violates applicable telecommunication and privacy regulations.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Redova AI operates from Canada. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Alberta have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this website or these terms, and each party attorns to that jurisdiction. Consumer protection rights that cannot be waived under applicable Canadian law are not affected by this section.
Communications, recording and compliance
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of AI voice, messaging, and call-handling features complies with Canadian requirements, including PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy legislation, CASL for commercial electronic messages, and CRTC telemarketing and National Do Not Call List rules where they apply. Where conversations are recorded or transcribed, appropriate notice and consent must be provided to the individuals involved.
