When you submit a demo or contact request, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, company, and message. When Redova AI handles calls for a customer, we process conversation data on that customer's behalf.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to inquiries, provide and improve the service, and maintain records of interactions for our business customers. We do not sell personal information.
Data handling
Data handling, retention, and access are scoped with each business during setup. Access is limited to what the agreed workflows require.
Canadian privacy law
Redova AI is based in Canada and handles personal information in line with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation, including Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). We collect personal information with consent, use it only for the purposes identified when it was collected, and keep it only as long as needed for those purposes or as required by law. Commercial email is sent in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and every message includes an unsubscribe option.
Your rights
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, withdraw consent, or ask us to delete your information, subject to legal and contractual limits. Contact us at hello@redovaai.com and we will respond within the timelines set by Canadian privacy law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Data location and cross-border processing
Information may be stored or processed by service providers located in Canada, the United States, or the European Union. Where information is processed outside Canada, it may be accessible to authorities in that jurisdiction under applicable law. Data residency requirements can be agreed in writing with business customers.
